What I offer

Babies are offered on my schedule on a first come first serve basis. Please be sure to follow my FB page so you will be notified once pups are ready to go. They’ll be posted here in the “Available” tab above. All babies are temperament tested before leaving my home. I only offer same sex pairs. No exceptions. I no longer accept reservations. Standard litters will be available for adoption once they turn 8 weeks of age. Dwarf litters will be held for 12 weeks vs the 8 week hold for standard litters. Please see payment options in the “Prices” tab above. Rats do not do well alone as they are incredibly social animals and need friends in order to thrive. I do not place any of my rats to households that have both genders. No exceptions. The safety of my animals come first therefore I do not allow anyone into my facility. I do provide as many photos and videos as I can through my Facebook Page. Please note I reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone I deem necessary. I do not sell to anyone under the age of 18 period. I also reserve the right to update this document with any changes at any time. My prices may seem high but I assure you my babies are worth every penny. It takes a lot of TLC to do what I do. I love every single one of my animals dearly. My babies have an average lifespan of 2+ years, They are all well taken care of and are guaranteed to be healthy with good temperaments. Please understand my prices reflect the cost of their genetics, food, chews, bedding and my time.
