Have you read my care guide? It is extremely important that you do. Most of your questions can be found there. Vital information is also included.

You are now reading my “Terms and Conditions”, as well as the “Pet Only Contract”. My rats are sold as pets only. This means you agree to not breed either buck or doe. If I find that a doe has had a litter I have the right to retrieve her and her pups. Please make sure to follow my care guide which you will find in the navigation bar. All rats are guaranteed to be free of any illness at the time of purchase. Once you have purchased the rats of your choosing, you will be given 2 time slots that I am available for pickup. If neither date or time work for you, I will hold them for up to 1 week while you reschedule. If you do not reschedule during those 7 days, your funds will be forfeited. The rats will then become available to other adopters. Please make sure to bring a suitable carrier with you when picking up your babies. Hard cover cat carriers or wired small animal carriers are acceptable. The carrier must provide adequate ventilation. If there are any issues at all with the rats you have purchased, please report it to me immediately. Do not wait days, weeks or months before alerting me. Please understand I take my role supplying wonderful pets very seriously. I am here if you need me. I will do my best to accommodate you, but I can only do so, if issues are brought to my attention. If you are having any health or behavioral issues with the rats, I will need to be given photos of your setup as well as the diet and bedding you are providing. Depending on what I see, you may be required to make an appointment with a licensed exotic veterinarian. Keystone Rattery is not responsible for any vet bills that may occur while the rats are in your care. Once they leave my hands, they are your responsibility. If for whatever reason you can no longer keep your rats, you must return them to me. Replacements are only possible at my discretion and if I have the stock to do so unfortunately there are no refunds for any scenario. By signing this contract, you agree that you have read and understand what is being said here and will abide by the terms stated in this document. If you breach the contract in any way, legal action will be taken. Please be advised that I DO NOT recommend rats as pets to children under 10 years of age.
